I'll go ahead and limit the numbers of active storm clouds to 2 for the next update.

That would destroy storm, making in it almost unusable. If at least the storm could move would be better

You call removing a camping exploit "making it almost unusable?" Please. You guys can keep your range and damage; we get our anti-camping nerf.

That cooldown is just too long, it will take like 17 seconds, to use another storm and, if cooldown is added, should aply to all actives abilitys no just one

You can still grind perfectly fine with having 2 storm clouds active at once, you just cant hog the entire map 24/7.
