I've seen mages unleash multiple clouds at once because of the lack of a cooldown. This is two clouds from just one mage. You might wanna have it so there is a cooldown equal to how long the clouds themselves last.
That would destroy storm, making in it almost unusable. If at least the storm could move would be better
You call removing a camping exploit "making it almost unusable?" Please. You guys can keep your range and damage; we get our anti-camping nerf.
