Is Something Wrong With The Servers?

I started this topic because i wanted to know, what types of bugs are we getting from the lag? So far these are the ones ive gotten:
1. Extreme lag (nothing happening)
2. Disconnecting often
3. It's hard to join the game
4. It takes forever to join a different area
Edit: 5. Mobs spawn in wrong area/Mobs don't dissapear from screen even if you switch areas
Feel free to add your own bugs that you've experienced from the lag :>
