Special Skill glitch

I was on a new account and leveling it up until i noticed i was level 20 with 1 special skill point -_-. Please fix this. And yes, my computer is on the right time. my ign is brugs.

Yea, I made an alt 200 some days ago, logged on to it today and it only had 1 skill point at level 11, ign is Xuji if you could fix

This happened to me too, on several occasions. There are multiple condition that makes this happen, but a refresh of the game usually fixes it.
If not, then I would suggest changing your time settings back to the default time (in your time zone) since this was able to help someone else fix the problem. Gl :>
