an issue with the new hhr update

look, i know this aint eliatopia related but its still a problem for hhr that needs to be fixed, the new damage formula makes green bouncers deal damage, that means noobs are dying to THE FIRST GODDAMN ENEMY THEY ENCOUNTER IN THE ENTIRE GAME. yeah fix it so that green bouncers do not deal damage at all
