Password problem. Help robby

So i have a freind, Simple there real username is perman. Somehow they forgot their password and when they put the vervication code in. it wont work so if you could tell me or just fix it for them please. again thier username is perman

Do you have any more info on what is happening when they put the verification code in?

It says "Failed to communicate with URL server"
