The screen keeps loading

The Screen keeps loading it's been an hour waiting, i cleared the storage and ache re uninstalled it and it still the same. I'm using andriod and i tried it on iphone, it didn't work as well. Please fix this asap i need to retrieve my items inside the vendor

I haven't updated my elia .. Seems like if you updated rn you cant play elia

Are you having this issue on iPhone as well? This has been fixed on Android, please update to 1.2.103 through the Google Play store.
