Anyone here know how to fix this loading screen 100% stuck on desktop app

You can try the following steps and see if any of them work.
1. Press CONTROL and F5 on the keyword at the same time, on the Eliatopia homepage. This should force the page's cache to clear.
2. If that doesn't work, try clearing your entire browser cache.
3. If that doesn't work, try playing in an incognito window.
