lost all the money in hand

I withdraw money and enter the store, but it lost connection, I exited the game and re-entered later
everything is normal except the money in my hand disappeared

What exactly did you lose? Did the server crash, or do you have any information on what happened?

I just lost the money in my hand, the money in the atm is still there
it seems my internet connection is not stable
that's what i know
