Glitched ATM withdrawal worth 12.5m

Hey Robby, I was withdrawing my 12.5m money from the Brippstore atm and the Very moment I click the withdraw button, our internet connection went off due to brownout,and as I result I got disconnected. Hours later I got online again but I was shocked that my money was gone, I domt have it on hand and in the atm niether. I hope you can fix this bug and compensate my loss money as well. Thanks
