That's a weird one. How old is the computer you are playing on exactly?

Dang, it really sounds like the computer you are on may be very old or something. Do you have any info on the specs of your computer?

Let me guess: Eliatopia doesn't run on Windows 7?

Also from my research, your computer (Alienware M17x) started being made on 2012, although i can't say when your computer was bought and first used.

Ok thank you for posting the specs. Eliatopia should run on Windows 7. It should like your computer must just be missing some important update for the desktop version. Feel free to try some of the solutions here: https://www.google.com/search?q=windows ... e&ie=UTF-8

As for the browser issue, that sounds like it may be a slightly different problem as well. Perhaps an out of date web browser version in this case? What browser are you using, and do you know what version of the browser it is? If your able to find a settings menu in whatever browser you are using, the version number would usually be listed under an "About" section.
