Its working now, but I had to uninstall again along with deleting the folder from the previous installation.

Perhaps, something weird happened and you tried to play the game while it was in the middle of the update, and it downloaded some mix of old and new files and is a little screwed up. If you can, try uninstalling the desktop version and reinstalling it and let me know if that works for you.

Gee thanks windows for not ACTUALLY uninstalling the game and making me look for the program files and the dumb eliatopia localflow folder aswell

Are yin'z still having the "loading chain operation" issue on any platforms? If so, please let know the platform.

I know some others were having trouble with it on desktop version like I was, but it resolved itself after they uninstalled and deleted the eliatopia folder then reinstalled the game.
