Desktop version: Can't log in

You don't have to uninstall it after "Update Failed". Just click the right mouse button on the Eliatopia icon on your desktop and run it as administrator. It will let you install it properly.

@melmar Ok thanks, yea just let me know. :)

@Active-- Do you know if your PC is 32 bit or 64 bit? To see, go to the windows icon in the bottom left of your PC and start typing "see if you have 32 bit..." and it should be the result that pops up. Click it, and in that menu it should say something like either "64-bit operating system" or "32-bit operating system". Let me know if you find it and what it says.

If you are handy with your computer, see if this directory exists on your computer (see directory below).

C:\Users\YOUR_USER_HERE\AppData\Local\Programs\Eliatopia

If you are able to find it, post a screenshot of the files in there.

Yey! After the latest patch, the html tags does not appear anymore and now I can log in on desktop version without using a vpn.

Good to hear. Unfortunately I'm not sure what managed to fix it though, and I still haven't pinpointed why exactly that popped up. So hopefully it doesn't re-appear for you.
