Hammernail Pistol went gone due to the server crash

Since this time my [2] hammernail pistols[S5E5I5P4] were the items that were lost as a result of the server crash recently, this is obviously a huge concern for me. I don't mind the issue I mentioned in my previous post regarding the rolling back, but this time it's a significant issue because I spent at least 80 million on that item and it just disappeared accidently because of the server fault. Check my account, Robby. I don't care if my experience, golds, or loot have been rolled back as long as my pistol wasn't affected.

Since neither I nor anyone else is to blame, at the very least, compensate my loss.The Pistols are very valuable to me. I'm no longer in the mood to play the game because of this problem.
