I have a bad impression of Chinese players , not only at this game . Before that I met some Chinese people while playing other games. They are very toxic, sometimes I even see them using a lot of hacking software in many games

Either ignore it or turn of pms from non-friends. Verbal slangs and usages of words are just something you're going to experience in a game. I've experienced something similar before, you kind of just have to deal with it.
