Would you be able to go to the Windows button at the bottom left of your computer, and type "about pc" in the windows search. Then click the result that popped up. Then post a screenshot of the menu that pops up?

Ok, thanks for the specs. It looks like you are running a 64 system, so it should be able to work. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling?
