Do Emeralds Take This Long?

So I just bought 40 emes and it says "Your Emeralds: n/a" this is my first time buying any, by the way.

There emerald purchase should be very fast, if not near instant in most cases. In your screenshot, it looks like the Payvault is failing to load for some reason. Are you still having any issues now?
