bow got lost

So my guildmate Jhames- was checking the vend, then "x" it, proceed to check his bank, then clicked his item and was gonna equip his bow, but it said "store" even though he doesn't have atm storage.

The thing is that when he clicked the "store" button, he thought it was "equip", and now his bow is just....gone.

The bow is a runed Clover bow, S5 P4 F4 E3 I5.

I think having several posts about the same issue will just confuse robby even more. Let's stick to 1 post. I have already consolidated the steps with Jhames and made a post.

Ok, I was indeed able to see his bow in his ATM, even though he doesn't have it purchased. Strange.

Anyway, his bow has been returned now.
