Arrow homing costs 20MP shouldnt it be 15MP

Talk about any unintentional game issues here.

Arrow homing costs 20MP shouldnt it be 15MP

Hi, so it states arrow homing is 10MP and mini homing is 5MP (this is when the skills are maxed) but when I use it so I press the N and skill applies to takes away 20MP? Should it not be 15 MP :D :D :D :D :D
