So yeah, when I opened my alt account (Ign: Feitan_Picasso) I lost so many runes and mostly is hardening and sharpening runes from stage 1 to 3. I know that there's a related post that his runes also gone when you fix the game before, but this is the first time I checked my account so it's my fault too because I reported to you late. Btw this runes that gone from my alt account is a legit runes and comes from pure farming, you can check my main account (Ign: PicassoPablo) for you to know how many I killed a stalagmites before, so I'm hoping I can get back the runes that gone from my alt account, and I also want to include about the issue of my 20m coins that gone when the bug is happened in game, I messaged you a lot to your email but you don't respond, anyways I'm hoping I can recover the runes because I lost a lot, but you don't respond to my problem, thanks and have a nice day!
