Skill points bug

My level is 46, but I only have 57 skill points in the learned skills. I don't have any free skill points. 46*2=92. Where are 35 skill points?

I think it's because of an error with the skill points calculation.

That's weird. I'm not sure what may have happened. Go ahead and check now, your points should be there.
