Cowboy Broken in PvP

When in PVP my guns do 0 damage or only 1 damage and my runes do not work.

Is this only in PvP that it is happening? Do they still damage monsters fine?

I've noticed that it only happens in PvP.

I just tested and it seems to be working fine for me. Are you shooting at someone who should definitely be taking damage from you?

Yes, I was shooting at low leveled players who should have died in only a couple bullets but didn't. None of the runes worked either, and the electric damage was chaining onto other players from the player I was shooting at, but wasn't damaging the player I was shooting at.

Was the damage text "0" popping up or was no damage text popping up at all? Are you able to test on other players to confirm?

On low level players no damage would show until about 15 bullets hit them but on high level players it will do the same but only show 1 damage when I would hit them and my runes were not working on them.

I recorded a video of it, make sure to watch the whole thing you can see the damage sometimes works and sometimes it doesn't, and the runes never work on the player I'm shooting at.

Also noticed my poison does not work and fire when I grind mobs unless I use coin shot.
