Getting knocked forever from grunts

When i get hitted by a grunt my character just stays forever in a knocked out position and i can't do anything. I tested it to see if it also happends without the rage that i have on the image and same results.
Edit: I also saw someone on a knocked out position forever, but he was moving and killing grunts, pretty weird stuff.
Tried with a different account and yea i get knocked forever. The knocked out person told me that i was standing and that it was probably a client only error (only affects me).

Yep, that's broken grunts even hitted me from like 5 meters away, and sometimes do double or triple attack. i think, the stun should be limited to a few attacks, and no all of them

What platform are you playing on that this is still happening? I thought I fixed this late Friday, but perhaps I forgot a platform or something.

Sorry for the late reply, i played on pc but in mobile i don't get knocked forever in the ground.
