Simply put. If I spam M at the right time, I can use 2 drones at once. Also it doesn't take away MP like the skill suggests.

So uh, are we all going to skip past a gamebreaking exploit?

If that isn't enough, I died as a level 80 to that drones exploit in less than 3 seconds. The rune application onto its shots is also brokenly overpowered.
