Wishing Well 12am SHARP

Is the wishing well guaranteed to drop coins every midnight? The wishing well might be bugged since it didn't drop any coins at exactly 12am (server time). Just recently I also went to the well with other players, and we all didn't see coins dropping. hoping for a response thnx.

Wishing well works if there are coins left on the ground suppose someone let 5m on the floor and did not pick up before 12am then it goes to the wishing well

Same happened to me, most likely a bug since it isn't a one-time deal

I think a sign much like the Nary in Little Nary's would help clear up this issue. That's just my take.
