Logging in on mobile and browser resets skill points

Post by RevoGenX » Tue Jun 29, 2021 4:25 pm

I just started playing today, and got to level 21 as an archer, playing in my browser.
I maxed out the regen, enhanced crit, chaining crit, devastating crit skills in general, along with the arrow hoard, sharp hoard, arrow homing, coin thief, and loot thief points in the archer tree. I used 1 point for running, 1 point for leaf guard, 1 point for razor guard.

Then I logged into the same account on my android phone, but I lost a lot of skill points (see screenshots):

There are no points in the other skill trees.

Is there some way to fix this Rob?

Please be sure that the time settings on both of your devices are correct. This includes the time of day, date, and time zone settings. If these are incorrect, they can cause your skills to fail to load, which sounds like it may be the issue.

Let me know if this helps you or not.

The time & date settings on both of my devices are correct (set to GMT+7), so I don't think that's the problem. Can you please reset my skill points?

The skill points are gone for good, both in the browser and in the app.
