Why?
You should explain more, your not being very specific. What are you trying to do? Where are you getting the error? Has this always happened? things like that

Yea I was really not sure what you were referring to at all. However I Google'd that error code you posted and it looks like it's a Google Play purchase error. So I going to assume your talking about some kind of issue with purchasing emeralds when playing on Android? Assuming so, it sounds like the problem is something out of my control and may be something wrong with your Google account.
