Losing money from server reset/disconnect

I lost 99,880 from a server disconnect/server reset/cheat detection.

At 8pm server time, I experienced about 2-5min server "down time".
There was one time I tried relogging during the downtime and my character located by the cave and stuck loading; time after you click login and before you can move your character.

When I relogged I had 0 money on my character!
Originally, I was sitting on a random Scorpee behind the Alion city vendor. I had 0 money on my character and withdrew 100,000 from the ATM. I bought a club(120 coins) from the vendor.
I have refreshed the page multiple times and don't know why the money on my character was "SET" to zero.

Also, the club (item) that I bought vanished from my inventory. Please allow for compensation.
ATM before disconnect: 472k and the money value in my ATM after relogging was 372k

Log off when the server says log off. If you didn't see, then you probably weren't paying attention to the game. This stuff happens when you don't log off during server maintenance.

I would also recommend screenshotting your current currency when robby announces an update in case you have 0 cash when you log back in

Are you still missing your money? Yes, this can happen on rare occasion currently, if someone doesn't log off when they were supposed to. I'm going to try to fix it in the future, but right now it's still best to log off before it shuts down when it says.

No I haven't gotten the 90k back, but in the future I'll try to stay off the server during maintenance.
