Desktop version: Can't log in

Post by Melmar » Mon Feb 01, 2021 1:20 am

It happened yesterday too, solved by restarting WiFi. Now I'm unable to log in again on desktop version, but I can on browser.

edit: LOL Solved. It took some few restarts to be fixed. And it only happens on desktop version.

Hmm, that is pretty weird. I've definitely never had this happen before. Does it show that same yellow text every time this happens? Also, do you happen to notice at what step in the log in process this happens? I know it probably hard to tell, but that yellow text should change to say a few different things depending on the step of the login process it is processing.

delete eliatopia from your computer (machine, PC) and run the installation setup as administrator

p.s that happens because when you installed it the anti virus didnt allowed to the setup to install the necessary files in your machine (pc) but by running the setup wizard as administrator will bypass the anti virus

@Active--. Even after you completely uninstalled like Kami mentioned, and re-installed, the same issue still happens?

Yeah, the text shows "Logging in..." then gets stuck at "Loading stats..." for a few seconds then that html tags will display. Sure, I'll report to you if I notice some clues or patterns on how this error happens.
