there is a bug where every time i try to go in cave from red leaf hills it just says loading and i cant get in

Game is in maintenance, not sure when it's fixed, but you can't change areas at the moment.

Yes you can but no one can pass frog area which is preety bugged-you can't buy or sell anything. Also new ppl can't pass it and ppl who was able to get
to new area can't go back even to scorpee.

try to clear history on website and then try to load eliatopia you cant play it

I'm not sure how you can, but I literally cannot escape the swamp .... o well, at the 1.5 hour mark currently.
