Electrical damage not calculating properly
I have E2 in my romance bow which means electrical damage should do 30% of my normal damage, but when I hit a scorpee and I deal 130 damage to it, it only takes around 15 electrical damage when it should be at least more than 30 electrical damage, maybe its releated to electrical only do 30% of your normal damage and because i have 100 expertise it doesn't affect? but it would be nice if it does the 30% of expertise damage so its worth upgrading this skill

Here electrical damage should had deal around 60 damage but only did 14, so this proves my point
Re: Electrical damage not calculating properly
Hello, I believe the calculation you are seeing is because critical hits are not calculated into elemental damage. Elemental damage cannot do critical hits, so that is why you are seeing much less damage for the electric damage. If you take the critical multiplier(s) out of the equation, I think it would be correct.
Re: Electrical damage not calculating properly
Oh so critical hits are not calculated into elemental damage, I think they should though since if you have 100 expertise like me it's kinda unfair not getting an upgrade from runes for maxing that stat, that makes runes almost useless if you're an expertise focused player, anyway thanks for clarifying my doubt.
