Make a 100% drop rate

Good day sir. I just killed the boss cionic 3x but no drop even materials. Make it 100% drop. I waste my time to wait 11-13 minutes to kill the boss but nothing to loot.

I temporarily had multiple drops disabled due to a recent bug. I'll remove that here probably some time today, so boss's should drop more, like they previously did.
