About vend and atm lost?

Good pm Sir, Robby I haven't been able to open the elia game for a while now and they said to fix it, but what about the product I made for sale at the vend, why did I lose the FiberGlass set h3 colorize and h1 3pcs and others worth 534m and those sold at my vend worth 300k received less than the bank 150.457 coins why is that Sir, Robby please fix and if possible please return the lost at my vend and at the atm please pay attention!?!?

Same problem here! I have 350k+ money at atm but it was just 15k when I open at this time. I really disappointed and I wish it will back afterward
