Does Bargain bin change its content?

As written in the title, does the content ever change? Currently there are mainly Whipmaster and Metal wings in those bins.

It doesn't change if no one buy and replace.

Nope. Unfortunately the things in it are never deleted or removed until someone buys it.

I still think make it like the vendor where there's a time limit and there's a % chance it gets sent to drone
