Eh but in most circumstances it is. I have only see few cases where it wasnt the users fault for being scammed.

I was scammed a long time ago when that stupid trading bug existed. That was a long time ago and it was only 100k, so I don't care anymore.

I was scammed in lv. 36 for 230k but now i don't care anymore
