New Boss Speculation Thread

Alright, so I'll let people speculate on what the next boss is gonna be, because why not? Ultimately it is the JSONs that will reveal who it is, but for now, I'll let you guys take a guess on who the next boss is. There are two guesses rn.

Moonchyllus - Brought up by Soldier5. A fair guess, since Moonchyllus was nearly finished prior to Cionic's implementation and her sprites were made for the game, plus the cage where she would spawn from in the Nature Factory is still there. A bit more out of the way, but I would believe if Moonchyllus were the next boss, it would buy Robby more time to set up the Consciousness Research Facility and Xantis. While Moon had more building blocks put in place than Xantis does in the game's existing map in terms of boss functionality, I do think it's the less likely of the two guesses since, like the Alion City casino, she is one of the elements that are on limbo.
Xantis - My personal guess. The more likely of the two guesses, mainly since the hints in the game at this point in time point primarily towards him. While it would feel a bit rushed to add him right in the next update (and I'm sure Robby would want to develop Xantis more), I simply feel he is the most likely of the two guesses to actually appear. I don't think he's final, as I personally do think Xantis would run off after beating him in the Consciousness Research Factory, plus I think the most likely route after the Consciousness Research Facility is exploring the planet's history.

What are your thoughts? Would it be either of these two? Someone different?

i don't think xantis is going to appear in the consciousness facility, but he would probably be since your basically following him and ending his career in the game. i think that you would take down half of his health, but then a cut scene would happen as he would teleport away. and probably send a nuke in that area.
