So yah, I can't figure out how this thing actually works. Is it just random?

I think it may have some importance in the future. Possibly something to do with it's eyes? idk just throwing out ideas.

I mean, its working right now, like it dropped me an I4. I'm just curious HOW it works. Like, does it just randomly drop the runes? Do you have to do something for it to happen? etc

Wait WHAT? I was thinking it may drop ice runes but I thought that Robby would never add anything like that. Bruh moment. Every 20 minutes it will spit an ice rune out. The rune can be any stage, 1 through 5.
