Clearly you're just actually stupid and don't know that not updating the game results in missing sprites.

especially for the hardening runes, that's the intended effect, iirc it was done to reduce clutter, which is why rune resistance introduced the particles in the first place (h3 boots would sparkle a lot with the old ones if you recall).

i update it always whenever there's an update, and i play on Android not in pc/laptop

uh can you lower down the editting effects I can barely read the first bug in the yt short
