Just wanna throw out there that ruin level 3s are just as hard to get as ruin level 1s and 2s. It just depends on the mob you kill for them. People paying 1m for level 3 but only 100k for level 1 but there worth the same. skin carrot

yeah im with cinos with this. thats not even close to reason why prices are mental. Some runes have a higher drop chance then others and are dropped by more mobs
