Why do people die randomly

I don't see it too often, but I once in a while see a player just die from nothing. Today, a player (couldn't find what his username was) even had a moonlight staff, a weaved shirt, and a carving fork drop after they died. I waited for a couple minutes, and I spoke in the chat about it. But with so little people playing and no one in that area after some time, I just took the stuff in case he came back. He did not.

yes i see it too in alion (many people have seen it in alion inculding me we saw it while he is talking...he is getting poison damage without enemy)

yes i see it too in alion (many people have seen it in alion inculding me we saw it while he is talking...he is getting poison damage without enemy)

oh yea because of glitched scorpee, and glitched mobs can only hurt you with poison dmg
