Re: Genuine question about eliatopia
In terms of how both games function, Eliatopia already surpassed HH.
Re: Genuine question about eliatopia
Seeing as most of my initial complaints have been solved, I already think Eliatopia has surpassed HH (especially nu-HH) in terms of quality, the only thing really missing from HH is a proper blocking system and transparency, with anything else being very debatable (pets mainly) or pretty much confirmed to be in the making (fishing and the casino).
Or in layman's terms, Eliatopia has in truth been better than HH since it's inception due to not having pay to win nonsense control the leaderboards and game progression, with stats always being finite making emeralds a mild nuisance, rather than a fundamental flaw.

I think what is better HH than eliatopia, is the mobility. In HH you could climb walls, high jump, dash etc. Here in eliatopia we got removed the rolling jump wich was very cool to do some tricks, in hh for you could climb walls whenever you want to fast travel, In Eliatopia if we climb over a wall is treated like a exploit

Re: Genuine question about eliatopia
Well here's the thing, that whole mobility thing WAS very cool...before the last update where all the maps got stupified and removed all obstacles and moving platforms. You're not wrong, but it's something that sadly didn't truly last forever as all those movement options stop being cool when the maps become too boring to use them on.Troll wrote: ↑Fri Dec 31, 2021 7:09 pmI think what is better HH than eliatopia, is the mobility. Oh also elia has a surprisingly large amount of movement options despite it not being a platformer (jumping attacks, rolling jumps which still work etc). It ain't anything like HH, but it's got some advanced movement options that anyone who's played the game long enough will appreciate.

Re: Genuine question about eliatopia
Personally I think Eliatopia is an improvement over HH but it will be nice if they added pets and accessories that don't use real money to purchase or in this case, emeralds.
Re: Genuine question about eliatopia
tbh im talking about it from a progression view like how hh at a point was so advanced, crazy mobs, crafting, fishing, pets and many PV items.
do you think elia will get to such a point or do you think robby will give up on it?

Re: Genuine question about eliatopia
To be fair those "many PV items" were mostly pay to win monstrocities that simply have no use in elia due to the changes, plus most of elia's payvault items already being way better (colours, dances, drums). You'd know, you were one of those people who wanted the pay to win guild boosts back.
Also, "will robby continue to make a game that's a source of income or will he stop for no apparent reason", gee I wonder which one is more likely to happen.
