i just killed a steel block and it dropped a mechanical wings.. is this normal?

It's rare drop i also looted mecha wings in steel block.

I guess it’s plausible cuz mandrakes drop romance bows(35k). Scorpees drop spec ops helmet and ferreted bow (20k each). Gal roaches drop butterfly wings(230k). And me y’a wings well… they are metal and steel blocks are also metal. Anyways does Robby know the drops of all of the mobs ? It would be very helpful

if this is true, why can't shellshocker or znake drop their parts?
