Go to skills, go to general, there is a skill which enhances healing of mp and hp max is 5% of your total mp and hp in 5 seconds, that means, if you got 100 mp and hp(like me) then you heal 5 mp and hp every 5 seconds so that is how you heal without sitting in a bench or using any healing items from inventory.

i already have that but what i mean is eat food without opening your inventory (pc only)

I don't know if there is way for that, I never need foods so makes sense 0.0
