Basically, some guy was spamming in the chat "Buying Helmet Heroes coins for Eliatopia coins." It sounds like it's against the rules. I have a picture, but I doubt I'll get the attention of a moderator. Also, would "Selling Accounts/Coins for *insert real life currency here*" also be allowed? Others have spammed that too.

I think it is permitted but it is 100% your fault if you get scammed. It's very easy to get scammed with cross-game trading.

Pretty much, yes, it's entirely your fault if your dυmbass gets scammed by a trade which requires trust anyhow, only trade with legit members folks.
