Well the (honestly pretty bad) energy system from HH is straight up confirmed to be based off of ssj so yeah rage is definitely still based off of the dbz "flames around characters when they go shιthive maggots strong" thing, which is always fun. Combined with ninja slash we basically got goku teleporting around killing...uhh, giant beetles :y
