Oh actually the output N/A thing did occur a lot for many players when the servers were lagging super hard.

That's just lag. Happens to me all the time. The endless orb and standing still is just ur game freezing.

This doesn't sound like a hacker, no. This sounds like some bug happened, and perhaps the player was not properly removed from the area on your screen. Did you notice if you left and rejoined the area if the player was still there?
