Why Are Players Reporting Botters on Bug and Errors?

Cant they read the Bug and Errors and comprehend it correctly? It literally says BUG and ERRORS not Report Players? At least try to comprehend the words?

Or maybe its about time to add Report Player/Abuse section?.
