I will make Avatar pics for everyone

Okay, I've noticed that only like six people here have avatars and it's kinda pissing me off, so who wants an avatar pic? This is 100% free, I'm just tired of seeing everyone without an avatar, aight? I know most of you guys are just having trouble with the avatar pic resolution so, ya know what? I'll do it for you. Here's how it goes:
*If you want your character, provide a picture to be resized (since you somehow dunno how to do it yourself), describe if you want the head of the whole character
*if you want some kind of enemy...well just tell me.
*if you want some kinda weird friggin'' meme (like me), MAKE THE MEME OR PROVIDE IT, all I can do is provide a resized image, not read your mind for meme development.
Seriously I'm just tired of seeing everyone without a profile picture aaaAAAAAA

You got it! It's 6 kilobytes so I don't think it exceeds the filesize, and it's 90x90 so I bet it's just the right size. If it doesn't work give me the reason and I'll fix it up for ya.

It says file must be 0 kilobyte between 29

I mean, it IS under 29 kilobytes, and there's no physical way of this image being under atleast 6 kilobytes, what the heck is the forum's problem?
