I got scammed. What should I do?

Hello. I've been scammed.
I unknowingly sent the code from the post to a player. Someone else's email was linked to my account.
I have a couple of questions.
1. Can I regain access to my account? How to do this?
2. If not, can I reuse my email to register a new character?
