Notice the stoneman buff says "power" .... thinking it should say "defense" .... cause that's misleading.

Ya, after reviewing them myself .... pure rage is a skip, brick man is also a skip, fitness, well it's a speed buff at the cost of HP every time u hit something ....., guess the only positive buff was to stoneman so ur less slow and more tanky.
